What is Freemasonry?
Freemasonry is the oldest and largest fraternal organization in the world. For centuries,
we’ve helped men become better versions of themselves through a system of morality,
self-improvement, and brotherhood.
We foster respect, kindness, and understanding among our members and in our communities.
We provide assistance to those in need and support charitable causes throughout Ontario.
We seek knowledge, practice integrity, and strive for personal and moral development.
We welcome men of all backgrounds who share our values and commitment to betterment.
Toronto has a rich Masonic heritage dating back centuries. Our lodges bring together Torontonians from all walks of life—business leaders, healthcare professionals, tradespeople, educators, and community members—united by shared values and a commitment to personal growth.
We’re united by three fundamental principles: brotherly love, charity, and truth—made relevant to modern Toronto life through personal development, charitable work supporting our city, and meaningful connections with fellow Torontonians.
With numerous lodges throughout the Greater Toronto Area, including The General Mercer Lodge and Zetland Wilson Lodge No. 86, Toronto Masons work together to strengthen our communities and support one another in becoming better men.
